- Team Relay 100K Start: 7:45am
- Check-In: Each team captain or designated team member must check in Friday night. or Saturday morning, before the start. Number bibs & last minute information will be handed out. Friday Check-in is from 4-9 PM at Mikes Music and Dance Barn. Saturday-race day opens at 5 AM. Try to make the Friday Check-in!
- Official Vehicle Sign: Must be displayed in rear window! ONLY ONE VEHICLE PER TEAM. No motor homes, rickshaws or busses … but any big 4 wheeler will do, height limit 9’. Follow the parking signs and volunteers. There is a system. Although the engineers think not.
- Daily Park Pass: Must be on front window to enter park.
- Pre-Race Parking & Car Pool: Expect parking insanity, park in designated areas. Please car pool to the event in one vehicle.
- Dirt Numbers: All runners must wear race number visible on the front. Each team will receive 5 identical race bibs/numbers. Ultra numbers will be different than relay teams.

- Camping: NO CAMPING AT START/FINISH AREA! See browncountystatepark.com - Brown County State Park – Try to get a spot all the way out on Raccoon Ridge, so you’re surrounded by other DWD (Obsessed) runners.
- Hotels: Brown County Inn, Green Valley Lodge (Clean & cheap! 1-800-205-8369) or any Nashville, IN hotel. Also, only 16 miles to the exit of I-65 and Hwy 46, Columbus, IN. Lots of hotels.

- Awards & Refreshments: Awards ceremonies, food (Pig roast & pizza!) and refreshments at the finish area. Bring some cash for beer and help out Mike! Country Band and Pig roast, 2:30 – 6: 30 PM.
- Relay Team Awards: Top 5 teams over the line. Top 20% handicapped adjusted teams. Relay Ceremonies by 6:00 PM. Yes, that’s just 10 hours after the start, some teams will be out on the course but likely not in the running unless they have a high handicap = old & sexy. If this happens we will have a ceremony just for them
- Creative Team Vehicle & Theme Awards: 5 deep! First Place includes free entry next years Dances with Dirt! All winning teams get cool stuff. Other surprise awards during the race for cool teams and outrageous behavior.
